Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours, but in some cases it can take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive a notification when your order has shipped.

 

Gift Cards

The Sourdough Fever Gift Cards are digital products, so there are no physical cards shipped to you. You (or the person you're sending the card to) will receive an email with the gift card code, that can be used on the sourdoughfever.com store to purchase physical or digital products.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sourdough Fever is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If and when your order or shipping option includes a tracking number, you can use it to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sourdoughfever.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Furthermore, when the parcel has entered your country, you can usually continue tracking the order with more detail via your country's mail system (e.g. if you live in the US, you can usually track the order at the USPS website).

Damaged items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sourdoughfever.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
